After quite a long wait the front desk clerk who was very sweet and sympathetic got us our rooms and off we went. They also did not reserve a 2nd room for members of our group.
When we arrived we were told that only one room was changed and that we were going to have to pay the fees for the other room because we hadnt cancelled even though we gave both confermation numbers to them. We booked 2 rooms online but had to call back and change the dates on the 800# because the funeral arraingements were changed a day later. We were coming in for a funeral and decided to stay at Harrahs hotel and casino for a little recreation while there.
